Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel's security department.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Train and supervise security personnel to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring swift and appropriate action is taken.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international security regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using security systems and surveillance technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
