Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security protocols, emergency response plans, and access control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises, equipment, and surveillance systems to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor and investigate security incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal departments to ensure a rapid and effective response to any security threats.
- Train and mentor security staff on conflict resolution, customer service, and crisis management.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, including incident logs, patrol reports, and visitor registrations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations across all facilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in hospitality, retail, or corporate environments.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a security team.
- Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical fitness and the ability to respond swiftly in emergency situations.
