Responsibility
- Lead and optimize inbound/outbound logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of medical device components.
- Ensure 100% compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and FDA/ISO standards.
- Manage cycle counting and inventory accuracy (target: 99.5%+), implementing corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL partners to negotiate rates and improve service levels.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for logistics performance (OTIF, transit times, cost per unit).
- Spearhead continuous improvement projects (e.g., automation, route optimization) to reduce lead times by 15-20%.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align logistics capacity with demand forecasts.
- Train and mentor junior staff on SAP EWM, WMS systems, and best practices in medical device logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Masterâs preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.
- Proven expertise in customs compliance (e.g., ACE, INCO terms, Free Trade Agreements) for medical or high-tech industries.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP MM/WM preferred) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green Belt are a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian trade regulations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with minimal supervision.
