Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including import, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Ensure accurate and timely product flow to meet business demands and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Coordinate with customs and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Lead and mentor logistics team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Generate reports and analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage logistics operations, including warehousing and distribution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
