Based in Badung, Bali, you’ll work in a high-traffic location, engaging with both locals and tourists. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and product knowledge.
Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, assisting them in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Manage daily counter operations, including sales transactions, inventory tracking, and cash handling.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by explaining features, benefits, and specifications of mobile devices and accessories.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and current tech trends is advantageous.
