Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and promote products effectively to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales effectively.
