Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee vendor and carrier negotiations to secure cost-effective and reliable logistics partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess performance, identifying areas for improvement and actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics strategies with business goals.
- Drive digital transformation by evaluating and integrating logistics software and automation tools.
- Manage risk assessment and contingency planning to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, cost optimization, and process improvement within logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation modes, customs regulations, and inventory control systems.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
