Responsibility
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure stock levels match system data.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure and compliant work environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance skills, productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges efficiently.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
