Responsibility
- Process and verify Purchase Orders (POs) based on sales orders and inventory requirements.
- Track and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries promptly.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost analysis and budgeting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes is a plus.
