Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best value while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate their reliability, and assess potential risks.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including cost savings, supplier performance, and spend analytics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and quality assurance teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, import/export regulations, and sustainable sourcing practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
