Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong business relationships.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics and customer service.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local regulations and customs related to logistics and trade.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
