Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on technical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance metrics.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on system operations and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend proactive solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO, or other relevant safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts, as needed.
