Responsibility
- Assist in daily purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and processing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, utilizing inventory management software to track stock movements.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods, both domestically and internationally.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement, inventory, and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
