Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and procurement records.
- Track order statuses and resolve any delays or discrepancies with suppliers.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement-to-payment workflows.
- Generate reports on purchasing activities, spending, and supplier performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry procurement practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
