Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor production schedules, adjust workflows, and allocate resources to maximize efficiency.
- Enforce strict quality control standards and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production processes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, KPIs, and areas for optimization to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and maintaining quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in production management software (e.g., ERP, MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
