Responsibility
- Assess customer eligibility for loan products by evaluating financial documents, credit history, and risk factors.
- Recommend suitable financing solutions tailored to individual customer needs and financial goals.
- Guide customers through the entire loan application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and compliance, to expedite loan approvals and resolve customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to ethical lending practices and company policies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loan consulting, financial sales, or a related role within the banking or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit assessment, and risk evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
