Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular business travel to meet clients, present products/services, and close deals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes (out-of-town trips required).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
