Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the agribusiness sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including farmers, distributors, and agricultural cooperatives, to expand the company’s market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product development) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
