Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the organizationâs reach and impact in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and potential members to drive growth and engagement.
- Lead outreach initiatives, including events, campaigns, and digital marketing efforts, to enhance brand visibility and attract new members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and ROI to senior management.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand credibility and foster partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
