Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on Toyota vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on Toyota’s latest models, promotions, and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, contracts, and documentation.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for the automotive industry and Toyota brand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
