Responsibility

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable automotive products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote campaigns, events, and special offers to drive foot traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to provide informed advice.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • A minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
  • Proven sales or customer service experience (preferably in automotive, retail, or FMCG) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Own transportation and a valid driver’s license are advantageous.
