Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable automotive products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote campaigns, events, and special offers to drive foot traffic and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to provide informed advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- A minimum diploma or bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
- Proven sales or customer service experience (preferably in automotive, retail, or FMCG) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Own transportation and a valid driverâs license are advantageous.
