Responsibility

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay ahead of opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market (preferably Indonesia) is an advantage.
