Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
  • Conduct in-depth technical consultations with clients to identify needs and propose customized engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product offerings align with market demands and client specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and training to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering products and systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
