Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software solutions in the Indonesian market.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with key decision-makers in engineering and manufacturing industries.
- Conduct in-depth technical and business discussions with clients to understand their challenges and present tailored software solutions that address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales engineers, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solutions and secure new business.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with at least 3 years specializing in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or related engineering software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market, with experience in enterprise-level deal closures.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and track client interactions.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
