Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs for key accounts in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align account strategies with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with key accounts to maximize profitability.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid setting.
