Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand our customer base in the IT/software sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Represent HashMicro at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive sales experience in the IT/software industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Sales Manager, Director of Sales).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably with ERP or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the IT/software market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
