Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the Oncology genomics portfolio in Bali, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture partnerships with hospitals, clinics, research institutions, and key opinion leaders to drive adoption of genomic solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring revenue targets and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Conduct market analysis to assess competitive landscapes, emerging trends, and unmet needs in the genomics and precision medicine space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, R&D, Operations) to tailor solutions, address client needs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in genomics, oncology, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or PhD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare, diagnostics, or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in a B2B or B2C healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of genomics, molecular diagnostics, or oncology, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, clinicians, and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
