Responsibility
- Conduct canvassing and cold outreach to identify and engage potential B2B clients in Bali.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through strategic lead generation and networking.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products/services to business clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, canvassing, or business development, preferably in the Indonesian market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
