Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person meetings with potential clients in Bali to promote electricity and energy solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Present and demonstrate energy-efficient products/services to residential and commercial customers, highlighting benefits and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies tailored to Bali’s market needs.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the energy sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (1+ years) in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in energy, utilities, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt sales pitches to diverse client needs.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of leads and appointments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Basic understanding of energy products, sustainability, or renewable solutions is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to transportation (preferred).
