Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote medical equipment and solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and procurement teams to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products and territories.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Provide product training and support to hospital staff to ensure optimal usage and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, hospital sales, or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with medical equipment, hospital procurement processes, and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and travel within Bali as needed.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
