Responsibility

  • Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed performance KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Implement best practices for risk management, credit evaluation, and portfolio quality control.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, sales leadership, or regional operations within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and improving operational performance in a multi-branch environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and foster collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
