Responsibility
- Identify and target new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions to expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
