Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including order processing, client communications, and follow-ups to ensure seamless transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Liaise between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
- Develop and maintain a CRM database to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions for improved sales efficiency.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events, including preparation of materials and logistics coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability meets sales demands.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including contract preparation, invoicing, and documentation management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
