Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to tailor solutions that address client pain points.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or business consulting.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience selling to APAC markets is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global clients (if applicable).
