Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the healthcare and medical science sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Represent Practical Mediscience at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed for client meetings and events.
