As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our high-quality products to dealers, retailers, and end customers. Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Bali region.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients, including dealers, retailers, and distributors, to promote products and secure orders.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Provide product training, demonstrations, and presentations to clients to highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address challenges proactively.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in field sales, preferably in the distribution, FMCG, or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must; additional local dialects are a plus.
