Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate sectors.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the GSM or telecommunications industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
