Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to customize solutions that align with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the water technology, industrial, or B2B sectors.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
