Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants in Bali to adopt BukuWarungâs EDC and digital payment solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits and presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our platform.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using BukuWarungâs tools effectively.
- Collect market feedback and insights to improve product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline merchant onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems and EDC machines.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and nearby regions as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- Passion for helping small businesses grow through technology.
