Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mechanical and electrical equipment in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, engineers, and industrial buyers.
- Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to recommend and promote suitable products and solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer loyalty.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or industrial equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to explain complex products to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
