Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and workshops on business analytics, data visualization, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools to ensure alignment with industry standards and academic best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Mentor students in capstone projects, internships, and industry collaborations to ensure practical application of analytical skills.
- Engage with local and international businesses to identify trends, secure guest lectures, and create opportunities for student placements.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic research to advance the field of business analytics.
- Contribute to faculty meetings, accreditation processes, and institutional initiatives to uphold academic excellence.
- Utilize modern educational technologies (e.g., LMS, data software) to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
Qualifications
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level (for Senior Lecturer) or 1-2 years (for Lecturer).
- Proven expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in curriculum design, student assessment, and academic research is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry trends in data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to evolving educational needs.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
