Responsibility
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and social development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.
- Organize and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral observations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school or daycare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering holistic development.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Familiarity with modern educational tools and technologies.
- Certification in teaching or early childhood education is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
