Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs on smartphone technology for diverse audiences, including end-users, sales teams, and partners.
- Develop user-friendly training materials, such as guides, videos, and interactive modules, tailored to different learning styles.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and product demonstrations to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align training content with product updates and market needs.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve programs and address knowledge gaps.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in smartphone technology and integrate new features into training curricula.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users or teams requiring additional guidance.
- Track and report on training effectiveness using metrics like participation rates, knowledge retention, and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in training, teaching, or customer education, preferably in technology or consumer electronics.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of smartphone technology, including hardware, software, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing training materials (e.g., PowerPoint, videos, manuals).
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others.
- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design is highly desirable.
