Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and ensure consistent service standards across all locations.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify training needs and implement tailored development plans for individual team members.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging retail technologies to incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, motivation, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Travel to various retail locations across Bali to conduct training sessions and provide hands-on support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training, sales, or a related role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences of all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with retail management systems, CRM tools, or e-learning platforms is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within Bali and adapt to varying work schedules.
