Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations in Bali, ensuring alignment with Miniso’s brand and business objectives.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords and property developers to secure favorable agreements.
- Conduct market research to analyze retail trends, competition, and consumer behavior in Bali.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility of new store locations and expansion plans.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, and local authorities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on leasing activities, market insights, and financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all leasing transactions.
- Drive initiatives to optimize lease portfolios and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing, real estate, or property management.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing lease agreements.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s retail market and local business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
