Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of facility equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of facility improvement projects.
- Provide support during emergencies and after-hours as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management or building maintenance.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations in Bali.
