Responsibility
- Collaborate with the ChanDev HQ team to develop and implement strategies for identifying and securing new retail channels.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for new store openings across Bali.
- Coordinate with local authorities, property owners, and stakeholders to negotiate and finalize lease agreements.
- Oversee the logistical and operational aspects of new store setups, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business expansion.
- Lead and mentor a team of support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in all expansion activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, or channel development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business locations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Bali retail market and local business environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
