In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, negotiating, and securing land deals that align with our long-term growth objectives. Your expertise in property valuation, legal due diligence, and stakeholder management will be instrumental in expanding our portfolio across Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities in Bali’s key regions.
- Perform due diligence, including title verification, zoning analysis, and legal compliance checks.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and joint ventures with landowners, developers, and government entities.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and project teams to ensure seamless transaction closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and community leaders.
- Prepare detailed feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for prospective acquisitions.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements throughout the acquisition process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., RICS, CCIM) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, property development, or real estate investment.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing land deals in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian property laws, land titles (Hak Milik, Hak Guna Bangunan, etc.), and local regulations.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently across Bali and work independently in a results-driven environment.
