Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic leasing and sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets in Bali’s luxury property market (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential leads through proactive outreach, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and market standards.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and virtual tours to showcase features, amenities, and investment potential to prospective buyers/tenants.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings, brochures, and promotional materials tailored to international and local audiences.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Bali’s real estate trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback for management review.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in leasing, sales, or real estate, preferably in luxury residential/commercial properties or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages like Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools (e.g., social media, email campaigns).
  • Knowledge of Bali’s property market, local regulations, and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic team setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and property viewings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
