Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily property management operations, including lease administration and tenant communications.
- Manage tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and renewal of lease agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and identify maintenance needs.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule and supervise maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property documents, financial transactions, and tenant information.
- Assist in marketing vacant properties and conducting tenant screenings.
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, real estate coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of lease agreements, property laws, and real estate regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address tenant and property-related issues.
